One good thing that came out of all this is that I'm pretty happy again with how I'm doing things. It was nice to have the chance to try different setups.
I did decide to change the cymbal setup on my "small" setup after rehearsing and then playing a gig with it. The modified setup will be more like that of my "big" set.
I've also played a couple of things with two toms and two cymbals on stands, and will be using that on occasion. It's nice to have options.
Congratulations on the new rack. I can't wait for details.
