I facilitated my first protocol this Sunday to a group of 14 women, ages 38-76, celebrating the holiday of Sukkot outdoors. I wove the so called "inspirational" theme into seven of the steps. I was somewhat anxious in advance, but I had prepared well and felt comfortable flexing with the group and empowering the individuals. They were very enthusiastic about the experience. I want to do a few more volunteer experiences before I (or if I) make any formal presentation and proposal. My 84 year old chi gong teacher is encouraging me to offer a session after our class, and since most of the participants in the class are in their late 70's and 80's, this will give me good experience with that age group.
