Populations I Serve with HealthRHYTHMS
I am a family physician and Medical Director of a Stress Reduction Program
at Mid Columbia Medical Center in The Dalles, OR. I facilitate HealthRHYTHMS for the general public, children, and outpatients in our stress reduction program. I also facilitate for employee retreats, public and private organizations and cancer patients.
Favorite HealthRHYTHMS Moment:
About 2 weeks after facilitating our first group, my wife and I received a card from an extremely grateful woman participant who described a catalytic/transformational experience that was empowering her to "break out of my cage". I was awestruck at the power of the process.
