HealthRhythms is a research-based life enhancement program. It is a group drumming recreational music-making protocol that has shown in studies to boost the immune system, improve mood states, reduce stress and burnout, and improve creativity and bonding. No previous musical experience is needed and all instruments will be provided. HealthRhythms is not a drumming class. It is about communicating and creative-self expression though the drum. Your instructor, Jorge Ochoa, is a trained REMO HealthRhythms Facilitator. Adults 18 and over please. Come and discover your personal rhythm!
