Drum It Up!

Discover your personal rhythm. HealthRHYTHMS® group drumming is an evidence based wellness program that promotes relaxation and boosting of the immune system. Your evening will be filled with fun and laughter and absolutely no experience or an instrument is needed. Drums and percussion instruments will be provided. We will start the evening with a wellness exercise like easy Tai Chi and progress to group drumming and then end the evening with guided imagery and the sound of the heart beat as we imagine our journey through life. Come join us for this four week 90 minute sessions.
