Health Programs Media Design Specialist

Reports to: Manager, Health Program Development & Marketing

Job Scope: Seeking an individual to do graphic design, video editing, web development, and administrative coordination of communications and materials for trainings/events who has an interest in the role music plays in personal wellness and community.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing and promotional materials (Print & Video) for web, TV, tradeshows, conferences, and trainings per manager specifications
  • Update Website, Online Event Management and Social Media Accounts
  • Assist the manager in creative ideation and execution of fresh marketing materials
  • Respond to email and phone calls
  • Coordinate marketing exhibit shipments
Skills Requirement:
  • 5-years’ experience in graphic design and audio/video editing
  • Strong command of and hands-on experience with video editing and creation of compelling and cutting-edge motion graphics
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Social media and web development skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Results focused, proactive & able to work autonomously

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in media arts, marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience
  • Healthcare/music therapy/recreational music making industry experience preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Advanced Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design, After Effects and Final Cut Pro
  • Prefer someone with experience in tradeshow coordination, writing, videography, photography
Travel Requirements:
