Acceptable File Types

• Adobe Illustrator ( EPS, AI or PDF ). * Vector file is best *
• Adobe Photoshop ( PSD, PDF or JPG ) * As close to 300dpi possible *

* Note if your file has layers, please include editable layers *

Please provide a high resolution file, 300 dpi preferred, and as close to the actual size of the largest drumhead you are ordering.

Crown/Logo Size

‍When you order Custom Graphic Drumheads, Remo has a standard crown size for every size drumhead.  The chart below indicates crown sizes for each size drumhead.

Procedure

Before submitting your artwork - Contact a retailer for a price quote and to confirm that your custom order can be processed. Most retailers require a deposit for the custom order.
Once you confirm your order with a retailer, email your design file to customgraphics@remo.com along with the name of the retailer you are ordering through.
You will receive a mock up and reference number via email you can present your retailer to finalize your order.

REMO, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY IMAGE FOR ANY OF THE REASONS CITED OR ARBITRARILY, AS WARRANTED.

*** YOUR ARTWORK MUST NOT CONTAIN ANY OTHER COMPANY LOGOS, FOR EXAMPLE:  PEARL, YAMAHA, DW, LUDWIG, ETC.  will not be allowed and your request will be denied per Remo's Policy.
