Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1962, Zé Bruno started his professional drumming carreer in his hometown playing for a Musical Theater Production which generated great reviews and high visibility because the music was composed by the International Grammy winner singer and composer Milton Nascimento. From this time on he never stop being engaged in the Music Industry, participating as a drummer in many music projects, showcasing in National Festivals and Venues, Radios and TV shows.

During his teen years, along with being an active performer he attended renowned Music Schools in Brazil to improve his skills in drumming, music theory and musicianship. Attracted by the opportunity of further expand his musical knowledge, he came to USA in 1989 to attend The Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California where he graduated with a Honors Mention in the Percussion Course.

Zé Bruno Eisenberg became part of the Los Angeles music community contributing with his knowledge in drumming and also with his strong background in Brazilian music and more specifically the Brazilian rhythms. He is an endorser for the REMO Drum company. He soon started touring nationaly and internationally as well as teaching music and drums within the LAUSD system, including Middle, High and Continuation Schools and Colleges.

The list of recording artists and Company Projects that Zé Bruno worked as a drummer in the past includes Kanye West, Ricky Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, Sergio Mendes, Sandra Benhardt, RIO the Movie for 21st Century Fox, Blue Man among many others.

He has been successfully teaching drummers of all ages and levels private classes in the San Fernando Valley area for the past ten years, as well as working in his own Music Production Studio composing and arranging and recording for various artists and private companies.
